Irregardless of what Pitchfork has to say, Black Kids's Partie Traumatic is a pretty solid record. It's got decent hooks, is pretty danceable, and is definitely worth a listen (but maybe my opinion is tainted because I didn't buy into the intial blog hype). We're seeing these guys on Saturday night, so we'll let you know if they're any good live.
